About Us
CBL LLC is an innovated new company focused on promoting the concept of creating flourishing businesses through training and development programs encouraging personal and professional growth.
Started in 2021 amid the global Covid pandemic, Conscious Business Leadership LLC is dedicated to expanding the role of business as a catalyst for individual, community and global efforts to create a more Flourishing world. Sustainability is not enough. We want to expand beyond that to Flourish. How do we accomplish this? We start with education and training.
World economic consciousness has evolved from industry interests only to include environmental and social responsibility. Why not create a model for economic activity that embraces an even broader perspective than just a profit goal? Triple bottom line economics which focuses on People, Planet and Profit is a starting point. How to implement this change in your own life and business is where we can help.
